Pros

Paid sick time, 401k, health insurance

Cons

Management will promise you things you’ll never get. Very little formal training. You’ll learn by mistake which will cost you commissions. A lot of senseless paperwork and worthless meetings that take time away from prospecting and cold calling. Interdepartmental fighting for the same dollar. No team atmosphere anywhere within the organization. Serious micro managing by tracking your every move via company cell phone and computer. Most upper management are x- military. Ideas flow in one direction and only one direction, so keep your ideas to yourself. Extremely high sales person turnover at the corporate office in Tampa. Yet, the same management team is still there. The other branches have very low turnover. Gee, I wonder why? When out on the road, don’t expect to get any answers for any of your or your customer questions quickly. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere! This place is extremely deceiving! During my time there, salespeople that left did not get the commissions they were owed. If you try to get your money You’ll never win against this company that has no conscience and a lot of money to fight back. Good luck and Godspeed!

Sales Leadership below him do not possess any honestly or integrity- Hire with false promises including salary. Cowards supporting their sales team. Highest employee turnover in the industry.
