Cons

Material Handling world can sometimes be a grind. Some customers want something for nothing. Some of the teammates aren't as dedicated and company takes too long trying to help them do better rather than cutting them loose.

CEO - No sales experience. Clueless on setting policy and procedures. Believes he is the smartest person in the room. Displays childish tantrums. Sales Leadership below him do not possess any honestly or integrity- Hire with false promises including salary. Cowards supporting their sales team. Highest employee turnover in the industry.
