Work hours are Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Entry-level employees are given too much leeway, not held to standards, or held accountable. Many supporting level managers and directors do not know their jobs or bring any value. Too many executive-level managers who also bring little to no value and micromanage Many positions are held by incompetent employees who can do no wrong due to their relationship with upper-level executives.

CEO - No sales experience. Clueless on setting policy and procedures. Believes he is the smartest person in the room. Displays childish tantrums. Sales Leadership below him do not possess any honestly or integrity- Hire with false promises including salary. Cowards supporting their sales team. Highest employee turnover in the industry.
