Great work environment amongst crane operators and their crew. At least 40 hours a week. Great coworkers. Good place to learn the industry and how it works

Lots of favoritism amongst managers and certain employees. No clear path to joining the union with the company. Third party piping company was hired to rig; taking overtime hours from Union and non union SWIR employees.

Pay and benefits are good. The company pays for your health insurance 100%

Owner is racist and not afraid to show it. He’s verbally abusive and constantly threatening people to fire them for no good reason. His yard manager is his eyes and ears constantly reporting back to him trying to get people he doesn’t like fired. Equipment is old and not up to osha standards (forklifts) no emergency brake, no fire extinguishers and the lifts with pneumatic tires most are so old and worn that you have to be careful not to be next to them in case the blow.
