4yThank you so much for the feedback. I appreciate that you called out the growth potential here. The ability for our employees to grow their careers, whether it be in their own department or by branching out into new areas, has impressed me, as well. Between internal mobility and the fact Sovos hires for talent first (not the ability to check every box of a job description), we do have a lot of managers who are new to leadership. We strive to ensure our newly promoted and newly hired leaders get the training and coaching they need to be effective including several development programs geared specifically at developing their skills. I also agree Sovos gives employees the chance to act independently in many ways, and I see that as a positive. To support them, we have globally recognized on-boarding program, which often includes rigorous bootcamps, and ongoing learning and development through our nationally recognized curriculum. Even with all of this available, it may not be enough which one of the reasons we are encouraged to Be Proactive, one of Sovos' core values.
