You are absolutely right in that we are a fast-growing company which makes for a dynamic work environment with lots of professional growth opportunities. We know that so much growth brings constant change and really requires all of us to be adaptable. It’s also true that we currently offer our medical/dental/vision insurance in a high deductible plan however, we do generally receive good feedback on this paired with our HSA matching program. Regarding your comment about training, I absolutely agree that it is a crucial part of onboarding and development.
