Thank you for your note! I agree that we have an amazing company culture. It is part of what keeps me so motivated to Solve Tax for Good. I’m sorry to hear that you feel a little bit micromanaged. We have so much trust in our employees and their ability to manage their time that it is not feedback I hear often here. Regulatory Analysis & Design is probably one of the teams at Sovos that does have the smallest room for error. If we get a new tax law wrong, or misinterpret a change, etc. then we let our customers down, so it is an area that has to be a little bit more managed than others.
