Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts. I always enjoy reading the comments here about how great our employees are. I agree, the people at Sovos are the best part of our company. I understand your feedback about our busy season. There are definitely times tied to tax seasons where our teams step up and carry a greater load than we normally expect. We do our best to alleviate that pressure as much as possible both by adding temporary employees during those periods and providing things like meals, etc. to help break up the time. We are always interested in new ways to make our employees feel valued, especially during our busier times, so if you have ideas to share I would love to hear them.
