We hear that a lot from our team members and are proud to be able to provide this flexibility for our Sovosians. To address your comment on our CEO cutting the guts of this company, I have to disagree. We are making changes and we recognize that change can be difficult however it is making the company even stronger, a better partner for our customers, and more successful for our employees so that we can continue to be a leader in the market. We have to change some of our old ways of operating in order to support our customers, who are relying on us now more than ever for streamlined processes and efficiency. The industry we are in is very competitive, and we are making these changes to win and invest in areas where we were previously lacking. While it may not feel like an easy path, we have heard from many of our team members and customers that they are feeling the positive impacts of these implemented changes and will continue to support our employees on our journey to Level Up. Being Remote and standard benefits

Cons

Sales leadership is horrendous. New people are brought in not trained, aggressive targets (that have never been hit) usually designed to be the escape goats to protect the old guard. Long tenured sales protects the existing power structures. When results slip, they blame newer reps. New hires don’t hit, quotas unrealistic, weak implementation. Nightmare of a company, the worst I have ever worked at.

Quota-setting and new hire ramp structures are areas we invest in seriously - they're because we want our sellers to win, not to set anyone up to fail.
