      Some of managers are extremely rude and racist. They think they're slave owners. They treat their employees like slaves. I wouldn't wanna buy a car from a company that treats employees like this. There is no room for growth there, even though they lie about it when they interview you to take you as a slave. If you love to be micromanaged, this is your place.

      You can make good money.

      Cons

      Long hours with poor leadership. Management makes you say “Core Values” every morning then turn around and do the most unethical things I’ve seen in my career. They make false promises in hopes you’ll perform more. They also say they have an “open door policy” but if you do bring anything to management you’re either ridiculed or punished.
