Pros
People put down the company because they claim they "make their employees work long hours and burn them out" but I think that anyone who says this just isn't cut out for the company. People who work here are passionate about what they do and they all have a common goal. Working for a company with a purpose and a passion like this one is simply incomparable. However, if you are not motivated, passionate, or and willing to put in some extra time then this company may not be the best fit for you.
Cons
I've seen a lot of interns leave with a negative attitude because they do not get a full time job offer. I understand where the frustration is coming from, however I think more students should just be grateful that they were given the opportunity to intern for such a unique and innovative company. I don't think there is any other company that provides as much hands-on expirience as SpaceX.
