Not a real con, but an awareness, that attention to detail and a commitment to the pursuit of perfection is a must!, as individuals you are allowed to not be perfect!, but your work has to come as close to it as you can, successful missions and the safety of HUMAN crew and cargo will be essential moving forwards, This will add an unprecedented level of stress, I AM confident though, this company has what it takes!
