Pros
I couldn't think of a more motivational or satisfying company to work for. Every day is a challenge and I get to work next to some of the smartest people in the world. Building a rocket, watching it launch and then reflying it again is just the beginning!
Cons
The long hours and work/life balance is difficult...but this is mostly self driven, not a requirement by management. There are always folks trying to move up the ladder and sometimes they do it at the expense of others.
