Cons
-As a welder the review system is based off a job we were not hired to do. Making it hard to balance our daily task and cross training so we can get a decent review. -Feedback for improvement suggestions are very often ignored on second shift. -People with tenure often get away with things that would be deemed unacceptable for people who have less seniority. -If you are valued by your department, it is hard to grow. Sometimes management will try to keep you where you are instead of letting you expand your career. -HEAVILY moving towards automation. Which is understandable form a business outlook but sucks for us humans in a trade.
