Pros
The challenge/rewards of working at SpaceX are huge! I am very inspired by what we are doing here at Starbase! It's awe inspiring knowing that every day when I go to work I am part of a team that is making history! We all have a sense of purpose and know that we are doing something epic. If you don't come here with that mindset, you may be in the wrong place. We have challenges ahead of us and will have to find unique ways to forge through those challenges. This facility is in startup phase right now and that brings it's own set of challenges with it. I worked at Tesla Gigafactory 1 for the last 4 years and it was the same atmosphere. Startup, and get things going in the right direction. It's rewarding in so many ways.
Cons
If you are averse to working long hours and extended schedules, this may be a con for you. For me, the biggest con is-mosquitoes.
