Cons
Fairly stressfull. Frequent location and schedule changes. Work/life balance (they are trying to fix this though). Some seriously dangerous fuels/chemicals. This paragraph is not a con but here is my opinion. If you plan on working in this position, be ready for a hectic, always changing environment. They ask a lot of their Quality people and I wouldn't put in for this position unless you are the type that thrives in hectic and always changing environments. There are no offices for QA people and you will be on the floor or launch pad working at all times. You are the last person to see and touch the rocket components before they launch. Your attention to detail must be very high. One last thing, be prepared for a long interview process for this position. They want to make sure you actually know what you are doing.
