great benefits free coffee stocks good cheap food a lot of bonding events if you have a degree you can be anyone you want if they like you you get promoted and you are the best no matter how terrible you do
Cons
No degree= No career A lot of people with a lot of egos way to many people with no experience your like really looked down on for no degree here terrible terrible system, worst I've seen in my career your hard work means nothing if your management doesnt like you and I mean, it might just not like the way you look, the way you talk. if your not a college cool kid your a nobody.
