You get stock based on performance and your end of year review is based on what you have contributed throughout the year based on a lot of acquired skills
Cons
A lot of hours. The hiring is sometimes based on who you know not what you know. You end up commuting more than you sign up for without the correct recognition. Sometimes the promotion and raisins felt it was more like how many butts you kiss as well as racially bias. Very subtle but if you really pay attention the feeling is mutually across the spectrum.not very transparent when it comes to hourly pay and what metrics they use to rate you compensation.
