Pros
Plenty of overtime but NO RAISES for certain teams. Depending on your supervisor, if you get one of the 3 who have been there the longest, you’ll get the possibility of a raise. If you get on Rocket Garden or High Bay team… good luck. You won’t see a raise, but you will see 5+ supervisors in less than 2 years who get to determine your worth/raise ability.
Cons
New managers & supervisors every 6-7 months, making it impossible for certain teams to get raises based off performance since they don’t know us or what we’re capable of. Other teams advance & get raises every year, meanwhile others have huge turnover because of terrible leaderships. Constantly changing hours, promising days off, nothing at all is consistent out at Boca Chica. Went from AWS schedule to working 5+ days a week 10+ hour days. Obviously frustrating when we aren’t receiving any support from management and terrible reviews from individuals who have been there less time than us, reviewing is at 1.8’s from 3.8’s.
