I couldn't be happier working at Sparkle Dog Care! As a groomer, it's so important to me to work somewhere that truly puts the well-being of the dogs first and Sparkle Dog Care absolutely delivers on that. Every decision made in the salon is focused on what’s best for the dog, creating a calm, safe, and compassionate environment that I’m proud to be a part of. Every dog is treated with care, patience, and respect, and it's clear that their well-being always comes first. The work-life balance here is fantastic. Management genuinely respects our time and well-being, which makes a huge difference for our mental health, and the pay is competitive and fair. It's great to feel both appreciated and financially supported in this role. What really sets Sparkle apart though is the team culture. It's a supportive environment where everyone helps each other out and takes pride in their work. We laugh a lot and genuinely enjoy coming in every day. We support each other, communicate openly, and really enjoy working together. It's a fun and professional atmosphere. I’m so grateful to be part of such an amazing team!

Decent pay Co workers are great Good location Great customers

Consistently charge for product we don't have. Which is theft. We're told not to tell customers because it makes us look bad. During interview they advertise having all the tools you'll need at the salon but everything is broken and they refuse to replace anything. Shampoo is regularly going "bad" and smelling moldy but we're told to use it anyway. Was also told during interview that we would have opportunities for advancement and the ability to become a groomer. That was a lie and when asked we were met with hostility.
