The salons are clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped, which makes a huge difference in both the customer and employee experience. There’s also a true team spirit here — everyone pitches in, encourages each other, and celebrates wins big and small. Management is approachable, transparent, and genuinely open to feedback.

As a growing company, there are occasional growing pains like adjusting to new systems or policies — but leadership is communicative and adaptive, which makes it easier to navigate.

Consistently charge for product we don't have. Which is theft. We're told not to tell customers because it makes us look bad. During interview they advertise having all the tools you'll need at the salon but everything is broken and they refuse to replace anything. Shampoo is regularly going "bad" and smelling moldy but we're told to use it anyway. Was also told during interview that we would have opportunities for advancement and the ability to become a groomer. That was a lie and when asked we were met with hostility.
