      people work closely together. not too much company politics; low turnover rate; Got chance to learn a lot of hands-on skill technically; gotta be a multi-taskers.

      Many of the upper management are very kind and helpful. They treat you as family and everyone has a very good work ethic.

      The salary is not as competitive as other tech companies.

      Worked hard, did 2 peoples job, bad pay, and annual bonus this year was $500. While management probably made bank.
