Pros
None that made the job worth staying. Any small positives were completely overshadowed by constant issues with pay, leadership, and lack of honesty from management.
Cons
In my experience, this company was extremely unstable and poorly run. Employees were constantly given promises about support, resources, and compensation that were never delivered. There were ongoing concerns and confusion around payroll, benefits, and overall transparency, which destroyed morale and trust. At times employees were expected to keep working despite serious financial and operational issues that directly impacted them. Leadership was disorganized, unprofessional, and often disrespectful toward staff. The Dallas sales manager lacked the maturity and leadership ability to manage people — frequently putting employees down instead of coaching or supporting them. Management contradicted each other constantly, creating chaos and confusion in the office. The branch manager avoided accountability and failed to provide consistent direction. The environment felt toxic, with high turnover and zero sense of job security. Employees felt misled, unsupported, and replaceable. Trust in leadership was practically nonexistent, and many people were actively looking for a way out.
