Pros

The associates and coworkers are great people for the most part.

Cons

No set schedule. Not enough supervisors, so shift lines are blurred and consistently being asked to do more with less. Plan on 12-14 hour days being the norm. The workload is not distributed fairly among supervisors. Plan on working every holiday except Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, and New Year's Day. PTO for salary employees is accrued based on a 40-hour workweek, not on actual hours worked. The compensation does not match what is being asked of you.

Pros

A wonderful, inclusive place to work. Leadership listens and cares. A great place to grow with the ability to positively impact local communities.

Work life balance suffers in an "always on" culture.
