Business Outlook
Pros
Not too closely supervised Reasonable performance expectations You leave your work at the workplace If you have a bad day, it's forgotten, not recorded for posterity You can do a lot worse for minimum wage
Cons
The usual minimum wage stuff -- too few hours spread out over too many people, a phony 'career ladder' that only leads to more work for less money, trimming shifts when things are 'slow' (e.g. scheduling people for 6 hrs, then sending them home after 4 or 5)
