Horrible leadership - Sales Associate SpartanNash Employee Review

The sexist men leading the company, coupled with the sad examples of leadership among management is making everyone who works there miserable. They don't even have basic decency figured out when letting people go, and are so wrapped up in the hierarchy that they don't allow for constructive disagreements. The building is a beige cubicle farm, there is no culture to speak of and even HR is a disaster. I never once saw them do an exit interview with any of the many employees fleeing that company. If you are out of work and have to have a job I understand accepting an offer. Otherwise, if you are on the fence about whether this is a good career move... it's not, run.
