Business Outlook
Pros
Coworkers are great and capable people are allowed a reasonable amount of independence. The benefits are well beyond what you'd expect from a retail position.
Cons
The pay is low and there are no opportunities for merit raises. No matter how well you do your job you're going to get the same review rating as people who barely do anything because the company doesn't want to pay people what they're worth. Management above the store level is more interested in their own ideas than with what is actually going on in the store.
