Cons
Incompetent management that is ready to outsource the whole IT department at a given second. There is plenty of talented IT workers from Spartan and Nash. They simply want to hire contractors and dump the rest of the current employees. The contractors they brought in will work 16-18 hour days and expect you to do the same to fix problems. One of the biggest problems in IT is nobody willing to take responsibility of a problem. They keep every employee in the dark and most of the time when projects roll around its to late and damage is already done. There is problems that have gone on for years and continue to ignore them from former and current management. They will find ways to penny pinch everything that an employee does without looking in the mirror and taking a look at the product they sell is very bad. By penny pinch I mean they only clean the restrooms & break rooms twice a week out. Inadequate amount of restrooms available for current associates & no parking. These issues you can address to management and HR and you will continue to be ignored.
