Pros

If your lucky to be full time the insurance is good, paid time off, sick pay and paid holidays. The hours are based off sales, in summer you can have 40 hrs and even some ot. Winter they cut back and understaff badly can average only 32 hours a week if your full time. part time gets less and so does casual. But it depends on who's ass you kiss cause there are times where casual people get way more hours than full time with seniority.

Cons

Inconsistency in the different store managers. I have worked with few that are genuine and believe in the job they are doing and appreciate and reward the people who help them along the way. Others are just driven by the all mighty AIP (annual incentive program) bonus. To the greedy store managers you are expendable especially if you have a full time status and any seniority. They can look for ways to either make you quit or will set you up so they can fire you. In order to keep a full time status you have to be able to work any shift even 3rd or a holiday. Store management is too concerned with making labor budget to care whether customer service is up to par or not. But on a good note not all store managers are this way as some are genuine workers who will even work beside you and appreciate the work you do.
