Management is terrible here. The store director is maybe at the store 20 hrs a week but he gets paid salary when everyone else who works at least 40 hrs a week gets paid hourly. The way management acts results in poor morale for the rest of the employees. You have to fight for the benefits you deserve, even if you are eligible they don't just give them to you. You have to be persistent about getting the benefits you are eligible for.
