Pros

I learned how to deal with customers, and that helped me with having emotional outbursts since customers are notoriously rude. and met a lot of great people who I still stay in contact with.

Cons

I only received 24 hours of vacation after working there for almost two years. Even when people are promoted, it takes months for the decisions to go through. It's hard to have a consistent schedule. They are open 364 days of the year (Christmas Day is closed) Stay away.

A wonderful, inclusive place to work. Leadership listens and cares. A great place to grow with the ability to positively impact local communities.

Work life balance suffers in an "always on" culture.
