Pros

Pay was okay. Can be an okay job as long as you have the staff.

Cons

You work 2nd shift including weekends. So work life balance is slim to none. Inconsistent schedule of days off. One of the main perks of upper managment is they get to clock out at 5PM. So anything that happens after 5, you are on your own. Even if cops are on their way to deal with a unstable crazy person. Director just left. Incompentent managment that stacks schedule in their favor on their days of working and skeleton crew when not. CEO lives 3 minutes away and shops there all the time so everyone panics when he comes in and on pins and needles. (DW) Even though law requires a lunch, due to lack of staff you cant take a lunch but because they are so stingy with hours, they will short you a half hour per shift so you dont get 15 minutes of overtime at end of the week. Lack of staff because cutting hours is their favorite thing to do when over budget for week even though front end can barely function. Theft all the time but hands tied to do anything abnout it.
