Upper management, heartless. When my position was terminated, I was told it was due to lack of sales. Within a short period of time, I hear of others with many years of service have also been let go, due to lack of sales. Then I get a notice in one of my job search engines that "SpartanNash" has a position open. When I read the job description, it has several listings of what my job involved. These decision makers don;t know from one day to the next where the nose is on their face. This company is totally political and has concerns for the Upper Managements pockets. They never consider what the bottom line is for their decisions and how it will impact the employees and customers. It is my understanding many more jobs are going to be lost before they finally reach what they think is profit!
