Pros

Spectrum Center offers generous paid time off of eight weeks, including holidays, three weeks for summer and a week for spring break.

Cons

Bad administration and no support in the classrooms. The school is understaffed, they are always loosing teachers and have paraprofessionals working in teacher positions, however they aren't getting paid as a teacher for doing all of the work. The working conditions are terrible. Employee's are supposed to receive a 20 minute break during the day or two 10 minute breaks. Because the school is understaffed I almost never got my break or had time to use the bathroom. I also felt like administration lied to all of the teachers to get them to believe whatever they wanted them to when it was far from the truth.
