      Pros

      Like a family away from my actual family. Spectrum takes care of it's employees and truly cares for its workers. Open door policy is real, not just something talked about at other companies. VERY competitive pay and the best benefits of any industry I've heard of.

      Cons

      Not cons really at all. Okay, maybe the only one and it's a bit frivolous, but routing is controlled by a bot A. I. Which is kinda a nuisance when it comes to work order routing.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
