      Cons

      Extreme micromanaging by upper management towards Store Leaders. No support with staffing levels creating chaos throughout store and surrounding locations that are forced to "cannibalize" other stores.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
