Pros
Good money when you make at least 12 sales per month and base pay as well. You have freedom on this job without someone on top of you every minute benefits packages are awesome.
Cons
Charter has a lot of vacant houses, no service houses, and vacant trailer parks they need to clean up, but has failed to do so in my 2 1/2 year here. This is what makes it hard to sell. I've had 4 supervisors and over 10 people have quite in the last two years just from my team, of course I've been here the longest
