Pros
The benefits of the free services create a huge advantage to the job. The pay is competitive. The work is work (shrugs). The advancement opportunities are dependent on your direct manager or supervisor, so get in friendly.
Cons
The customers can be horrible people. You cannot control the ethical behavior of anyone else in the company which will reflect on you at some point. The pay changes frequently, especially in commission roles. In my experience the management is very disconnected from the actual line employees who work with the customers on a daily basis. This can make goal delegation unfair and sometimes unreasonable.
