Pros
Compensation is good and it's a nice schedule, no weekends, but that not enough to keep people around. They also provide good benefits.
Cons
Local management doesn't seem to understand how to do their job well. They constantly lie about different policies or what the future of business processes look like. They also lack the experience to understand a true business sales environment.
