      Pros

      PTO is adequate and the office has A/C (that's about it).

      Cons

      NaviSite became an absolute mess. They sell success of parent Charter/Spectrum, but NaviSite is left alone with no resources and a horrible culture. Why do you think they have so many unfilled jobs for so long?

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
