      -Great Work Life balance, 8 hour shift...usually little to no work outside working hours. -Cab facility. -Approachable leads, helpful and supportive co-workers and minimum politics at lower and middle levels. -Free meals in early morning and late night shifts. -Different technologies to learn and opportunities for technical growth. -Decent appraisals.

      Cons

      -HR is just for namesake. -No onsite opportunities. -24*7 working environment/rotational shifts.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      None really, we were treated decently.
