-Company doesn't care about employees. Lays off tons of people despite reaching 1Billion in sales last year (highest ever) -No room for advancement unless you are in Charlotte office -Supervisors and management lack skills to motivate employees -Complete disconnect between employees and management -Some people work ridiculously hard for the same pay as someone with no education who plays on facebook all day -Lazy co-workers (not included with the amazing co-workers in the pros)
