Great company overall. Great employees, great benefits, services are free or reduced significantly!! Makes it worth it if you have a huge cable bill!!
Cons
Ridiculous micromanagement, senior sales management changes policies and other procedures depending on if they are feeling good/bad that month. No consistency with processes...unrealistic expectations and sales quota/commissions can be adjusted at any time. If you are blowing the numbers out the water, they will audit your sales and do things to make sure you don't have a phenomenal month the following month. Behind the times when it comes to latest technology and other features. Charter has a VERY bad reputation in St. Louis metro area and has done shady business in years past...former customers don't forget and vow against Charter.
