Pros
The pay was somewhat decent
Cons
The expectations were outrageous. Customers that typically call in were usually elderly or people who in general were technology illiterate. Because of this customers would get outrageously angered at the person on the other end of the line, which is usually pretty typical for call center jobs. The problem was you had no time to breathe between phone calls. Calls were always in queue and you were expected to take calls back to back. You were also expected to have a call time that was under 11 minutes while also performing a required intro and outro. I think the last thing that made this one of the worst jobs I had ever had was I wasn't even allowed to go to the bathroom when needed. I worked 4 10 hr shifts a week and during those shifts if I would use more than 5 minutes of personal time a week, which is the aux you needed to be in to go to the bathroom, I would be written up.
