This company is going downhill and has been since before COVID. People simply do not care anymore and are checked out. You take on your work as well as other departments work. Sales reps think everyone is their personal assistant & talks to them with little to no respect because they’re trying to get their commission check. Departments who talk with the customers ie Project Managers/Sales don’t know what they’re selling or talking about & basically give the customer false information which makes working the orders even harder. You only move up in the company based on who you know, there are many people in leadership who are not good at their jobs but because they knew the right person & got the position. The company is a mess and tons of people are quitting for better opportunities & also to work from home. Spectrum does not care if you leave because they’ll replace you and pay someone new way less just like other major corporations. I would NOT recommend anyone to work here only if you needed money desperately.
