The self install rescues have been a problem from the start. However. Now our scorecards are partially based off of our production, which we are already not getting enough of because the point value is not equal to the amount of work put in. Because of that a lot of techs are just forcing jobs as quickly as possible, making them fail more QCs, which is now become a major deal with our bosses. Along with that, our meter compliance is now the most important part of my job. I literally spend an hour at my job doing my uploads, checking the tap, and making sure my job is up to QC standards before I can actually start trouble shooting the call. And now we are about to start working in the customer's yard without them being on site including when just a minor is at home. This job is increasingly getting worse and not worth the hassle.
