Poor company, horrible management - Anonymous employee Spectrum Employee Review

I have been with Spectrum for 7 years now. If you have a good work ethic, Spectrum hands down is the place to work. I've had 2 kids since starting with them, their benefits are amazing, good pay, and I cannot say enough of how fortunate I have been since starting with them.

They are a corporation. If you understand that, then there aren't any major cons

Strict on dress code and professional appearance
