      Pros

      The compensation and benefits are great. Perfect job to gain experience and build your resume. The cable industry is always changing so there are very few dull moments. Depending on your management, work/home life flexibility is a huge bonus.

      Cons

      There is a disconnect in communication, primarily due to a dysfunctional culture. Teams are given unrealistic expectations when it comes to projects/assignments.

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
