Pros
They seem to make a profit, but don't expect them to share a lot.
Cons
The only thing they care about is their bonus, you don't matter - AT ALL. Management expects you to work hard to make sure that they get their huge bonus as big as your salary, while you get a minimal amount - which after taxes, can be discouraging.
