Mandatory overtime sometimes, extremely stressful with management making you feel like you are never doing a good enough job if you haven't reached your goal for the month for mobile. Do not take this job if you can sale a person who has 4 lines for 100 bucks a month or doesn't pay their own phone bill a mobile. They don't care no matter the situation you must sale a mobile. Mandatory call review every week micromanaging you even if you did good for a week. There is always that constant pressure to always do more. You could be #1 on your team and #20 in the call center and the management would still belittle you by telling you that isn't good enough.
